Colin Bosher

Technology industry pioneer with 30+ years experience building and scaling global platforms across enterprise technology, distribution and recurring-revenue models. Founded EKM in 2001 and ATTCo in 2016, developing enterprise-grade middleware platforms focused on hosted SaaS, IoT enablement and subscription-based commercial models. Previously led global programmes at HP. Successfully exited ATTCo Group to Tech Data (now TD SYNNEX) in November 2021.

Tony has held senior roles across financial services and global corporates including Lloyds Banking Group, UPS and Quintessential Brands Group.

Caroline Osborn BSc (Hons), ACA

Chief Financial Officer

Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience advising and operating businesses across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. Her expertise spans financial strategy, audit, risk management, systems implementation and financial reporting. She has led complex transactions and financing processes, including a $650m international M&A transaction and recently securing $100m of financing for a non-bank financial lender.

At NuCompute Ai, she is responsible for financial strategy, reporting and risk management, ensuring the business operates with the discipline and controls required for institutional capital engagement.

Brock Johnson

Chief Technology Officer

Senior technology leader with 30+ years experience in data centre infrastructure, enterprise systems and cloud architecture. Brock spent nearly 30 years at TD SYNNEX, most recently as Vice President of IT Data Centers, where he was responsible for large-scale infrastructure environments supporting global operations. His expertise includes data centre design, cloud computing, virtualisation, storage systems and enterprise software.

Michael Urban

Strategic Adviser · Global Channel, Distribution & M&A

Serial entrepreneur and global technology distribution leader with decades of leadership experience across OEM ecosystems and large-scale commercial operations. Previously served as President of the Americas at TD SYNNEX. Prior to this, held senior executive roles at Tech Data including Corporate Senior Vice President for Global Strategy, Transformation and Vendor Management. Also served as CEO and Chairman of Actebis, scaling the business into a multinational distribution group with €4 billion in turnover and operations across multiple European markets.
